My Story
Hi my name is Heather Retherford Webb and I am the mother of a 27 year old daughter and a 24 year old son. I joined Scentsy on Nov. 26, 2011! I joined Scentsy after the death of my first husband in September 2011. I had been a Dental Hygienist for 16 years and had left that job to care for my husband that was battleing melanoma skin cancer. I needed a focus and an income. So I joined Scentsy and I put myself through the LPN program at a local vocational center.
Scentsy is GREAT!! If you have used any of the products we have to offer you know that already. Within the first 2 weeks I reached a $500 sales goal set by Scentsy and by Mid December I already recieved a promotion and RAISE!!!! Yes a raise in less than a month!!! I was also very determined to reach another goal that Scentsy has set and that was to have $5000 in sales in my first 70 days! Sound immposible? Well I later found out that only 5% of consultants do this!!! That made me more determined to do it. And I DID IT!!! I have to say that Scentsy sales itself, of course you have to put into it what you want out of it but I am honored to be in that 5%!!
I joined Scentsy not only because I needed the extra money now that I was a single mother that was no longer working and returning to school full time, but because I TRUELY LOVE the products that Scentsy has to offer and I believe in them. I have always said I could not work for someone I did not believe in or that I could not sell something I was not passionate about.. WELL with SCENTSY I can say I believe in the products, I love them and I am passionate about being able to share them with family and friends, both old and new.

Since joining Scentsy I have earned 2 all expense paid trips. One to Hawaii for a week and the other to Bahamas and I stayed one week at The Atlantis resort. They were both amazing trips I would have never been able to afford! But thanks to Scentsy I had a wonderful time on both of them and made new friends that I will have for a lifetime.
Since all of this began I have endured alot. The loss of a husband. Raising two kids alone for their teenage years. Finishing LPN school.
In October 2017 I meet my current husband. So much has happened we endured a category 5 hurricane in 2018 that destroyed my home. Then I’m 2020 COVID hit . I married my current husband while on lockdown/quarantine with the rest of the world. Our wedding we planned had to pushed out from March until July. it was a
Wonderful day as I gained two additional bonus daughters currently 20 & 17. In 2021 COVID took the life of two loved ones just days apart. Scentsy continues to help bring me joy helping friends and loved ones have home that smell welcoming and inviting.
Still continuing to live by the motto, “ It can make you bitter or it can make you better.” Im still striving for better.
